Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or C.A. preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Experience in the sawmill or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a key role in the strategic management of the company, overseeing all financial activities to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
