Outsourced CFO is seeking a CFO Consultant to deliver outsourced CFO services to clients, providing high-level financial insights to enhance their finance functions and support business growth.

The role primarily involves supporting clients on medium to long-term projects, including specialized needs, maternity leave coverage, or other financial expertise requirements.

Client engagements

• Engage with clients to identify their financial needs and requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress and address concerns
• Deliver timely financial reports, including management accounts
• Ensure accurate submission of tax returns and compliance documents
• Guide clients on tax obligations
• Provide financial advice to clients' accountants
• Present cash flow updates and forecasts
• Assist with annual budgeting processes
• Support the preparation of financial statements
• Conduct strategic sessions for specific client needs
• Maintain client risk registers and review quarterly
• Prepare materials for client presentations and board meetings
• Manage project timelines and budgets
