Duties & Responsibilities

Behind every seamless operation is a financial mastermind, and that's where you come in. If you can juggle strategy, scale up growth, and still spot a decimal out of place from a mile away, this role has your name on it. Think forklifts, balance sheets, and big-picture thinking—all under one (very well-run) roof.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee full finance function: budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk.
  • Present strategic financial insights at Board level.
  • Drive business performance in partnership with C-Suite.
  • Lead HR function, including people strategy and negotiation oversight.
  • Ensure sound corporate governance and sustainable financial practices.
  • Influence and support decision-making across the organization.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a CFO or FD role.
  • Proven Board reporting and executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience within a product-driven environment (not Financial Services).
  • Strong leadership in Finance, HR, and operational strategy.
  • Skilled in negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and compliance.
  • Passion for performance, empowerment, and excellence.
