POSITION INFO :

We are seeking a professional to spearhead our client's function and drive strategic decision-making. As a key executive team member reporting to the CEO, you will not only play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's future success but also have a unique opportunity to leave a lasting impact on its financial landscape.

You will report directly to the CEO and join the executive team. You will leverage your extensive experience to guide budgeting and forecasting processes. You will drive strategic financial leadership and ensure effective management to support organisational objectives.

Focusing on growth and profitability, you will lead finance and IT teams, implement best practices, and foster stakeholder relationships. Your financial analysis and risk management expertise will drive business decisions and mitigate potential challenges. Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to capitalise on opportunities and navigate challenges effectively.

Key Qualifications and Experience :

• Chartered (SA) with a solid background in finance.
• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in finance management.
• Experience in the pharma / cosmetics industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to leverage financial data to inform strategic business decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including engagement with shareholders and executive leadership.
• Familiarity with financial accounting software, preferably Syspro.
• A natural communicator and team leader who inspires and motivates others.
