Job summary

Mototeam (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Motor Technician to service, diagnose, and repair Volkswagen and Audi vehicles to manufacturer standards. You will use advanced diagnostic equipment and perform routine maintenance with a focus on safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has a Red Seal or SA-equivalent qualification, 3+ years of VW/Audi workshop experience, and fluent English and Afrikaans.

Qualifications

• Red Seal qualification or SA equivalent required.
• Proven VW/ Audi workshop experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in vehicle servicing.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Valid driver's license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs on Volkswagen and Audi vehicles.
• Diagnose faults using specialised diagnostic equipment and identify root causes.
• Carry out engine, transmission, brake, suspension and steering repairs.
• Complete road tests, diagnostics, and quality checks to ensure safety.
• Record accurate job cards and service documentation; follow manufacturer standards.
