Qualifications

• Certified appraiser designation (SACAP or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Appraisal.
• In-depth knowledge of valuation techniques and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Sandton property markets.
• Proficiency in appraisal software and MS Office.

Responsibilities
