Responsibilities

• Assist toddlers with daily routines (feeding, napping, hygiene) in a respectful way.
• Observe and document children's development and respond to individual needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about the child's day and progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized learning space and safe materials.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure cohesive caregiving.
