Purpose of the Job: To conduct building inspections, controlling & managing services, maintenance contractors & managing/controlling tenant installations.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Facilities / Operations Management – Not negotiable
Minimum qualification Grade 12.
Electrical, Mechanical or Construction background and Technical Skills - Advantageous

Tenant Installations, Revamps & Upgrades
People Management (Internal & External)
Manage aspects like cleaning, security and allocation of building sites.
Housekeeping inspections in accordance with inspection programme
Reinstatement inspections
