The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.LOCATION : Umhlanga Ridge, Durban.WHAT DO YOU NEED : A bachelor's degree in any fieldExperience in teaching, tutoring, or facilitation (beneficial)Experience in an authoritative role (beneficial)WORKING HOURS : Monday - Thursday 07 : 00-19 : 00Monday - Thursday 19 : 00-07 : 00Friday - Sunday 07 : 00-19 : 00Friday - Sunday 19 : 00-07 : 00WHAT WOULD YOU DO : You would manage a team of teachers responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded in areas such as headcount, quality, productivity, efficiency, scheduling, reporting, and record keeping.The primary duties include : Managing client relationships : maintaining positive client relations and addressing concerns per company procedures.Coordinating with other departments : recruitment, training, quality, and operations to meet client needs.Providing ongoing training and support to teachers, including technical support.Managing budgets and contracts related to client services.Analyzing data and metrics to improve services and understand client needs.Leading and supporting a team of teachers, including scheduling, quality assurance, training, and evaluation.Observing lessons to ensure quality standards and compliance, providing feedback and coaching.Handling escalations and resolving issues promptly.Supporting teachers with resources, training, motivation, and problem resolution.
