Central Warehouse Controller (Randfontein)

Our Talent Team is looking for a proactive & efficient Central Warehouse Controller with great interpersonal skills to join our Groceries Division. The role will report into the Logistics Manager and will be based in Randfontein.

This position exists to manage the central warehouse stock integrity, ensure effective internal distribution and replenishment, TAT management, and complaints resolutions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must have a 3-year Degree / Diploma in Logistics or relevant qualification.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment / industry.
3. FlowCentric knowledge is required.
4. Knowledge and experience in MS Office.
5. Sound knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and planning.
6. Must have excellent Leadership and Problem-solving skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure on time and in full replenishment – 100%.
2. Vehicle TAT management.
3. Overtime – no worker to exceed 40 hours per month.
4. Stock control – book all stock in before 14:00 daily.
5. Monthly stock counts.
6. Stock control and maintenance – no stock less than 3 months shelf life in warehouse.
7. Stock losses less than 0.5%.
8. Consumer Complaints analysis, investigation, and feedback within 2 days of complaint received.
9. Management of team’s performance KPI’s and PI’s.
10. Loading - short loaded, incorrect loaded, breakages/damages managed and addressed daily according to standard.
