A leading global player in the automotive industry is seeking a Central Services Manager to oversee both Finance and HR functions at our dynamic operation in Prospecton, Durban.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile monthly financial reports and finance data cards for strategic reviews
• Drive the annual budgeting and Plant Business Plan process
• Conduct ad hoc financial and cost investigations
• Oversee Purchasing, Training, and Payroll reporting
• Chair the Training & Employment Equity Committee
• Collaborate with managers on training needs and HR issues
• Handle Industrial Relations and facilitate Shop Steward meetings
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to Head Office

What You’ll Need:

BCom Accounting / CMA qualification

5+ years of Finance experience

Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll & Purchasing functions and legislation

Advanced MS Excel skills

Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset
