Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced CBT therapist/CAAP to join our Workforce Psychology Service.

Are you passionate about mental wellbeing in the workplace? Do you want the opportunity to support your colleagues in the NHS?

We are a small and passionate team, offering individual therapy and group interventions to staff across North Highlands and Argyll and Bute. Hosted within psychology, which provides governance and professional development, we have close working relationships with our colleagues in occupational health. As a new and developing service, we are looking for the successful applicant to be an enthusiastic contributor to building this essential service, as well as being committed to providing high quality clinical care.

This is a full-time permanent post, based in Inverness, and will include 1:1 interventions as well as possible group work. Supervision will be provided by a senior colleague in the service. A job share, and the option for some remote working, will be considered.
