A leading food service provider in South Africa seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations and manage food service activities. The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in food services, at least 3 years of kitchen management experience, and must have knowledge of HACCP standards. Experience in high-volume operations is desirable.
The Main Purpose of the Job
The successful incumbent will be responsible for assisting with all food service-related activities, including managing daily kitchen operations, implementing the production process, managing food and labour costs, and ensuring compliance with HACCP standards.
