A food service provider is seeking a Kitchen Manager in South Africa to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with HACCP standards. A relevant qualification in food services and 3 years of experience in kitchen management are required. Candidates should demonstrate strong management, budgeting skills, and knowledge of food service operations.
The Main Purpose of the Job
The successful incumbent will be responsible for assisting with all food service-related activities, including managing daily kitchen operations, implementing the production process, managing food and labour costs, and ensuring compliance with HACCP standards.
