Join Our Team as a Catering Manager - Johannesburg (HC)

Responsibilities
  1. Take full responsibility for managing the unit.
  2. Work effectively in a demanding environment.
  3. Set and manage service delivery standards.
  4. Lead, motivate, train, and develop staff.
  5. Implement and maintain operational controls within budget.
  6. Ensure food quality, presentation, and service meet Fedics standards.
  7. Comply with all Fedics policies and procedures.
  8. Handle daily HR and IR issues, including training, development, and performance management.
  9. Analyze client needs and address potential complaints proactively.
  10. Organize, prepare, and coordinate all functions.
  11. Manage administration, finances, debtors, and budgets.
  12. Process Fedics paperwork and understand weekly and monthly P&L reports.
  13. Build relationships with clients and customers daily.
  14. Work long hours and weekends if necessary.
  15. Stay updated on food trends and best practices.
