A leading company in food services is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee operations, manage food/labor costs, and ensure HACCP compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant culinary qualification and at least 3 years of management experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in healthcare settings. This role involves developing menus, managing a kitchen brigade, and adhering to industry regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.
The Main Purpose of the job
The successful incumbent will be responsible to assist with all food service-related activities which include managing daily operations of the kitchen area, implementation of the production process, managing food/labour costs, and an overall understanding of HACCP.
