A food service management company in South Africa seeks a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, manage food and labour costs, and ensure compliance with HACCP standards. The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification and at least 3 years of kitchen management experience, preferably in high-volume operations. Strong organizational and management skills are essential for success in this role.
The Main Purpose of the Job
The successful incumbent will be responsible for assisting with all food service-related activities, including managing daily kitchen operations, implementing the production process, managing food and labour costs, and ensuring compliance with HACCP standards.
