FEDICS is currently looking for a Catering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the unit by setting and maintaining service delivery standards. You will lead, motivate, and train staff, and implement operational controls in line with budget requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility and management of the unit
  • Work effectively in a demanding environment
  • Set and manage service delivery standards

  • Implement and maintain operational controls within budgetary requirements
  • Ensure quality of food preparation, presentation, and service meets standards and grading requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Handle daily HR and IR issues, including training, development, and performance management
  • Analyze and anticipate client needs and address potential complaints
  • Organize, prepare, and coordinate all functions
  • Manage administration, finances, debtors, and budgets
  • Process paperwork and understand weekly and monthly P&L statements
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers daily
  • Be flexible to work long hours and weekends as needed
  • Stay updated on the latest food trends and best practices
