The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of FMCG category experience, strong analytics, and proficiency with Nielsen data and category-management tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• 4–6 years in Category Management, Brand Management, or related FMCG role.
• Proven track record in developing and executing category strategies that drive growth.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of retail operations and consumer behaviour in FMCG.
• Proficiency with Nielsen data and category-management software; MS Office proficiency.
