• Compiling and managing the procurement / marketing plan, budget and strategy
• Diligent driving and pursuing negotiations to ensure optimal Commercial performance to ensure a profitable category
• Effective communication and management of relationships with producers, suppliers. recipients, team members, colleagues and key stakeholders
• Precise and punctual management of information and appropriate administration
• Continuously manage the Citrus Fruit Department's performance to achieve short-, medium- and long-term goals and objectives
• Convert market intelligence, new product development and opportunities towards sustainable growth

Qualifications:

• Appropriate tertiary qualification
• Proven experience and commercial footprint in fruit export industry
• Proven track record in managing a highly motivated and productive team effectively
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
