You’ll gain hands-on experience with Retail and Marketplace listings, while developing professional skills across data handling, teamwork and communication. This internship emphasizes practical training and exposure to takealot.com operations.

Qualifications

• N6 Certificate in Business Administration/ Business Management is required.
• Strong written communication for diverse audiences is essential.
• Excellent Google Sheets skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Listing and data quality: Uploading new product data and editing listings for Retail and Marketplace.
• Quality checking: review data for gaps or errors and ensure product information requirements.
• Review data for gaps or errors and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure adherence to product information requirements.
• Manage own workload and meet predetermined turnaround times.

• N6 Certificate in Business Administration/ Business Management

Key Responsibilities

• Listing & Data Quality: Uploading new product data and editing existing listings for both Retail and Marketplace platforms
• Quality Checking: Reviewing data for gaps/errors and ensuring adherence to product information requirements.
• Review data for gaps or errors and escalated issues.
• Ensure adherence to product information requirements.
• Managing individual workloads and adhering to a pre-determined turnaround time

This is an 18-month contract
