Role Overview

We are looking for a Catalog Analyst to join a growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our product catalog, ensuring that all listings are accurate, compliant, and up to date. You will work closely with global suppliers, oversee product data quality, and help support seamless IT hardware procurement and lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain product listings in catalog and PIM systems
  • Create and edit product information, ensuring accuracy in titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and imagery
  • Monitor and update product availability, pricing changes, and warranty information in collaboration with suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with platform and category standards across all listings
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks and catalog audits to maintain consistency and data integrity
  • Resolve listing-related issues such as discrepancies in attributes, product information, or pricing
  • Stay informed about new product releases and maintain up-to-date catalogs accordingly
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, operations, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree infinance, operations, or a relevant discipline
  • Familiarity with product information management systems, order fulfillment, and supply chain coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality product data
  • Understanding of eCommerce compliance and product listing standards
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
  • Highlydetail-oriented, with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
