Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of all casino staff, including dealers, cashiers, and attendants.
  2. Train and develop new and existing casino staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of their role.
  3. Monitor the casino floor to ensure that all gaming activities are conducted in compliance with On Board Cruise Ship policies and procedures.
  4. Maintain accurate records of casino revenue and expenses, and prepare reports for management.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase casino revenue and profitability.
  6. Ensure that all casino equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  7. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as the bar and entertainment teams, to create a seamless guest experience.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure the casino is in compliance with all laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
