A vibrant role within the casino on a cruise ship, where you'll be an integral part of ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining gaming operations. Candidates will assist with slot machines, promote responsible gambling, and provide outstanding service while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a customer service role, especially in gaming or hospitality, is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the slot machines to ensure they are functioning properly
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns regarding the slot machines onboard the cruise ship
- Pay out winnings and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote and encourage responsible gambling practices
- Keep the casino area clean and organized
- Report any technical issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel
- Provide exceptional customer service to all casino guests
- Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as local gaming regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a casino or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of slot machines and their operations is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary gaming licenses/permits
