Deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, POS operations, and in-store merchandising to ensure a positive customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to the leader
• Perform other duties as assigned

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Give feedback to management on products, inventory, and errors
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses

Shop Assistant Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and ensure product availability
• Create attractive displays following merchandising plans
• Organize new inventory and handle packaging
• Follow all safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills

Education and Experience:

• Ability to perform cleaning duties to standards
• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Effective time management
• Knowledge of company products and services
• Cashier: proficiency in operating a cash register
• Shop Assistant: ability to replenish stock safely and properly
• Grade 12 qualification
• Retail experience preferred
• Experience in customer-facing roles within retail/FMCG is desirable
