An established industry player is seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join their team as a customer service representative. You are the first person a customer will have contact with at our shop. The most important part of your job is to smile, be friendly, make eye contact with the customer so that the customer feels heard and seen. Thereafter take the customer’s order and communicate the customer's order within the 3-station system. The customer should feel welcomed, seen and heard and thrilled to be here and happy to wait. Managing your float, operating the POS system and clearly communicating with the team is a vital part of this job description.
One week on-site training and refresher training as systems are upgraded.
