A leading South African bank located in Durban is looking for self-motivated individuals to join their team as Cash Stock Auditors. The role involves contributing to operational excellence in Cash Management, ensuring adherence to audit standards, and requiring a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a Grade 12 National Certificate, ideally supported by a degree in Risk Management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in a risk environment or cash stock control.
  • Knowledge in technology, systems, software relevant to cash control/auditing.

Purpose Statement

To contribute to operational excellence in Cash Management through Implementing and supporting an audit delivery culture, contributing towards audit / operational insights to guide decision making. To work as part of a team of Cash Stock Auditors to optimally deliver on audit objectives, ensure that all risks are raised, policies, regulatory requirements and operational processes are implemented and adhered to.

Experience
  • Min: Minimum: At least 2 - 3 years’ experience, preferably within a risk environment / cash stock control / operational environment / CIT / cash industry experience or knowledge. Experience in technology, systems, software and tools relevant to the cash control/auditing.
  • Ideal: CIT industry knowledge and experience as a custodian / auditor
Qualifications (Minimum)
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
  • A relevant degree in Risk Management
