Job SummaryOur Product Managers are responsible for ensuring that the Cash activities are grounded in the Bank’s strategic priorities through delivering customer value, driving productivity and optimizing cost efficiencies.
Responsibilities- Managing and delivering the Transaction Banking Cash end-to-end product objectives within the country, and accountable for development of the product strategy, its execution and commercialization.
- Analyses the client needs, integrating these insights with current and near future market, industry and network intelligence.
- Drives the Global Product Vision and Strategy and articulates the business value of the product suite for our clients and for our stakeholders.
- Delivers new revenue streams with meaningful returns over the long term, through product enhancement and innovation, whilst uplifting current revenue streams through process efficiencies and digitization.
Skills and Experience- More than five years of Product Management experience in Cash Management and/or Liquidity Management; successful delivery and commercialisation of relevant projects and initiatives.
- Experience in an international bank will be an advantage.
- Managing conduct and risk.
- Business process design and improvement.
- Marketing strategy and positioning.
