Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Experience in case management, especially with substance abuse clients.
• Knowledge of addiction, recovery processes, and community resources in South Africa.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is an advantage.
