About the Opportunity

We seek two passionate and dedicated Case Managers to join Aranda House in Alice Springs, NT. You will support clients in their recovery, helping them build life skills, develop relapse prevention plans, and transition to independent living.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and facilitating therapy, cultural enrichment, and relapse prevention programs
  • Designing individual treatment plans aligned with client goals
  • Providing case management support, including intake, induction, and reviews
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and external agencies
  • Maintaining accurate case notes and contributing to reports
  • Participating in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours support

About You
