*Position:* RN Case Manager or Certified Case Manager

Location:

Century City, CA 90067 (100% Onsite)

Pay:

$52 - $58/hr

Description:

1. Develops and maintains relationships with clinical treatment team members to ensure appropriate, cost-effective clinical outcomes.
2. Coordinates with departments such as Pre-Admissions, Admissions, and Utilization Review to ensure positive fiscal management outcomes.
3. Updates departmental and patient education materials regularly.
4. Conducts chart audits to maintain compliance.
5. Handles payer responsibilities and manages referral sources.
6. Negotiates continued stay rationale, length of stays, and manages the appeals process.
7. Develops positive relationships with payers and referral sources to promote repeat business.
8. Acts as the primary contact for external payer sources, maintaining communication to generate revenue, enhance reimbursement, and minimize financial risk.
9. Provides interpretation of insurance coverage and benefits to patients/families and advocates for patients.
