Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
2. Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
3. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior.
4. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
7. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
8. Attend training and educational sessions as required.

Requirements:

1. Trained caregivers must have a valid certification from a recognized institution.
