Employment Type: Full-time (08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during enrollment periods)

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Career Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team in Vereeniging. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in student recruitment by promoting our institution to high schools, prospective students, and parents. The ideal candidate is a passionate salesperson with strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
This role requires frequent school visits, active student engagement, and participation in various marketing and enrollment activities.
Education & Experience:
Minimum: Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
Experience:
At least 1-3 years in sales, preferably in education, recruitment, or a similar industry.
Track Record:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or student recruitment with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident public speaking and presentation abilities.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with schools and students.
Good administrative and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport (mandatory).
