Job description

We are seeking a care assistant who can provide the highest level of care to our residents during the night. Maintaining residents' dignity and individuality at all times is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Previous experience in caring for older people is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Our care homes promote a culture of mutual support and reward employees' efforts.

You will receive support and coaching to grow in your role through various opportunities and challenges. Ideally, but not necessarily, you will have experience in a nursing home environment working to high standards and a passion for providing quality care.
