Key Performance Areas (KPA)

1. Ensure the safe operation of dialysis services by following policies and standards
2. Maintain dialysis machines and conduct regular inspections
3. Manage stock and waste according to policies
4. Provide excellent patient care, including dietary management
5. Maintain safety standards and infection control
6. Stay updated on healthcare procedures and educate oneself continuously
7. Test machine alarms to ensure safety
8. Demonstrate NRC values and caring attitude
