Job description

You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our clients in a manner that respects their individuality and promotes independence.

Your duties would include traveling to clients' homes to assist with daily tasks as agreed upon with Charlton Kings. The support provided would be comparable to that which a family member might offer.
