A leading healthcare provider is seeking an enthusiastic Care Supervisor to manage and support a team, ensuring high-quality person-centred care for residents. The ideal candidate must have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, a medication administration qualification, and experience in a senior care role. As a Care Supervisor, your focus will be on promoting and delivering high-quality person-centred care, closely monitoring and reporting on residents' daily progress, dealing with any concerns or complaints, and providing ongoing support for the residents, their families, and the Care Services Team. You will be responsible for ensuring Avery's processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards, with the residents' choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety at the core of all care and support activity.
