Job description

You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our clients in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence.

You would be expected to travel to the client's home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the client and Charlton Kings. The type of support you provide would be similar to that given by a member of the person's family.

For example, your duties may include helping with bathing and dressing or domestic support. Your role would involve assisting clients with tasks such as:

1. Help with washing & dressing
2. Shopping & meal preparation
3. Prompting with medication
4. Support with daily routines
5. Respite services
6. Socialising and leisure activities
7. Helping clients access the community
