Job description

You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our clients in a way that respects their individuality and promotes independence. You would be expected to travel to clients' homes and assist them with daily tasks as agreed upon between the client and Charlton Kings. For more information, please call or WhatsApp.

The support you provide would be similar to what a family member might reasonably give, such as help with bathing, dressing, or domestic tasks.

Your role includes assisting clients with tasks such as:

1. Help with washing & dressing
2. Shopping & meal preparation
3. Prompting with medication
4. Supporting daily routines
5. Providing respite services
6. Encouraging socialising and leisure activities
7. Helping clients access the community
