A leading company in South Africa is seeking a Home Admissions Advisor to manage sales and marketing processes effectively. This role focuses on achieving budget targets while ensuring excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship management, with experience in culinary and sales being crucial.
The Home Admissions Advisor will manage the sales and marketing processes of the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department while meeting and exceeding budget targets.
The goal is to fill the home with the agreed client base and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities :
Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve targets.
Work closely with the General Manager and team members.
Prioritize workload and work under pressure.
Communicate effectively and manage interpersonal relationships, including influencing skills.
Qualifications and Skills :
Culinary and sales experience.
Strong time management and marketing skills.
Excellent customer service and public relations abilities.
Proficiency with computer tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Basecamp, Salesforce, and Inside Sales.
Recruitment experience is a plus.
