Deliver and enable excellence in all service moments to all stakeholders (Members, Providers, Employer groups, Intermediaries, Schemes). Personalised clinical servicing through the Omni channel experience focusing on the overall care quality of interaction between our customers and the brand. Duties & Responsibilities

Accountabilities

Client Service Delivery and Quality:

  • Follow procedures and cooperate with peers and leaders to ensure the best possible service delivery.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Maintain compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory standards.
  • Adhere to operational risk and governance measures, taking necessary actions to address issues.

Financial Management:

  • Contribute to departmental cost savings to support financial goals.

Operating Model:

  • Achieve delivery objectives by collaborating with team members within and across departments.
  • Resolve operational performance issues and escalate unresolved problems.
  • Ensure delivery targets are met and support successful outcomes.

Operational Implementation of Strategy:

  • Stay updated on operational changes driven by external influences.
  • Deliver services that meet operational quality standards and departmental priorities.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Operational Leadership:

  • Perform within Human Capital frameworks and policies to meet standards and objectives.
  • Engage in development, coaching, and mentoring activities.
  • Support transformation initiatives and promote diversity.
  • Align behavior with Afrocentric values.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Address complaints following policies and procedures, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
