Position Overview :

As a care worker at Care4U, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients. You will work closely with clients to assist with daily activities and ensure their physical and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
2. Assist with mobility and transfers.
3. Administer medication according to prescribed schedules.
4. Monitor and record vital signs.
5. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
6. Provide companionship and engage in stimulating activities.
7. Keep accurate and detailed records of care provided.
8. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
9. Maintain a clean and safe environment.
10. Attend training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification is a plus.
• Compassionate and patient nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina for duties like lifting and transferring clients.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.

Working Conditions :

This is a full-time, permanent position. The work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and evening shifts. On-call shifts may also be required. Work environments include client homes, healthcare facilities, and community settings.
