Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in their everyday lives at Dormy House, an 88-bedded Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Palliative Care Home in Sunningdale, Berkshire. The home is rated 9.2 on Carehome.co.uk, providing a supportive and nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and social engagement. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care and create a comfortable and safe environment for the residents.
