Employment Solution Management is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill a managerial role at a car wash facility located within Bedford Shopping Centre.

Requirements:

• Managerial experience within the car wash industry is essential
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation isrequired
• Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
• A trustworthy, people-person with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage operations effectively
• A solid understanding of car wash operations
• Willingness to work weekends
• South African citizenship
  

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and oversee a team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service and car wash quality
• Manage day-to-day operations efficiently, maintaining smooth workflow and high standards
• Drive sales performance through effective promotional strategies
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty
• Train, motivate, and guide staff to promote a positive, productive work environment
