Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, ACA) are a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial services, with exposure to structured finance and SPVs.
• Solid knowledge of ESMA regulations, Dutch GAAP, IFRS; US GAAP familiarity is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of a team of Accounting Officers to ensure smooth financial and administrative processes.
• Assign and coordinate tasks among team members effectively.
• Ensure accurate and timely ESMA reporting.
• Develop and maintain processes and controls for ESMA regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on regulatory implications and best practices in reporting.
• Review and validate deliverables such as financial reports, correspondence, agreements, and statutory filings.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, their advisors, and other relevant parties to support business growth.
• Represent the team in client-facing meetings and maintain a high level of service.
• Support the development of team members via training, mentoring and performance feedback.
