Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in operations management and regional leadership roles.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans for the Cape Town region to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee all operational functions, including logistics, supply chain, and facility management.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operational staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Monitor regional performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients in the Western Cape.
