You will oversee a team of cleaners, implement procedures, conduct quality checks, and collaborate with other departments to meet event-specific cleaning needs. A hands-on leader with strong organizational and communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in cleaning or sanitation.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation principles and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with regulatory hygiene requirements in commercial settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in the Cape Town region.

Responsibilities
