Qualifications

• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing a range of household appliances.
• Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems in appliances.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for customer and team interactions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of common household appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on appliances to extend their lifespan and prevent future issues.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair findings, cost estimates, and recommended solutions.
• Order and manage necessary parts and supplies for repairs, ensuring efficient inventory control.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and best practices during all service calls in the Western Cape.
• Maintain detailed service reports, documenting all work performed and parts utilized.
