Job Description :
- Train and embed identified process improvements to the relevant service delivery teams to build consistent team capability.
- Drive change management for all projects, transitions, deployments, and transformation projects within GSS PS.
- Work with GSS PS teams to identify skills gaps and make recommendations for individual development plans.
- Drive the embedding of standardised global processes and technical skills to ensure consistent ways of working.
- Perform ongoing reviews as part of the CI Team to monitor service, project, and program delivery within the portfolio to identify knowledge gaps.
- Design and plan programs to address identified gaps for GSS PS teams.
- Organize or develop training activities, course materials, standards, or visual training materials.
- Collaborate with Learning CoE and GSS L&D team to promote a learning culture.
- Ensure transfer of skills by identifying gaps in knowledge management practices.
- Embed best practices to enable service excellence.
- Act as liaison between GSS HR, Learning CoE, and CI teams to set priorities, address technical concerns, and assess request feasibility.
- Monitor, evaluate, and ensure training activities are recorded on LMS for program effectiveness.
- Build and develop individuals' abilities and skills to maintain appropriate service delivery.
- Deliver effective communication and engagement for GSS People Services leadership and teams, including internal townhalls and external business-facing engagement.
- Work with the Global Communications and Engagement and Admin Services Manager to develop a communication and engagement plan and calendar for People Services, adhering to AA Communications Principles.
- Identify, develop, and implement new ways of working through change management principles to monitor and improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure quality and service standards are documented and maintained across GSS PS teams and services.
- Identify, develop, and implement best practice work processes across GSS PS teams, with ongoing review and improvement.
- Onboard new team members into GSS PS processes and ways of working.
Qualifications :
- A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or Commerce – Required.
- A relevant postgraduate qualification in HR, Business, or Commerce – Advantageous.
Technical Knowledge :
- At least 5 years of capability/training-related experience.
- At least 3 years of change management experience in a large organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant systems.
- Understanding of change management processes.
