9AM 6PM UK time. 11AM 8PM SA time in Winter 10AM 7PM SA time in Summer)

Shorter days during some of August.

Salary :

Base : Rand per month based on experience and performance.

Different sales incentives run throughout the year to allow you to earn up 50000 Rand extra per annum.

Our online platform gives schools instant access to hundreds of profiles of fully vetted teachers and support staff. Since launching in 2017 weve saved schools over 30m money that goes straight back into school budgets and increases teachers pay.

Someone passionate and motivated who loves being a part of a close team

Proven track record of hitting sales targets

Confident in developing outbound pipelines and handling objections

Strong bias to action

Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage Headteachers and other school leaders

Care and empathy for the education sector and the challenges of working in it

What youll be doing :

Calling candidates (Teachers Teaching Assistants and other roles) to engage with them the Zen educate platform and help them find work in UK schools as quickly as possible.

Follow up inbound and outbound leads and drive urgency in finding work through Zen Educate while providing all necessary documentation for compliance purposes.

Monitor job boards to engage and attract the highest quality candidates before any traditional expensive recruitment agencies do.

Interact with candidates in a friendly and helpful manner and maintain positive relationships to keep them on board with us and create a great candidate experience

Increase the number of talented candidates on our platform and help place them in roles by matching their skills to the schools requirements

Work collaboratively across the business with the sales and technology teams to help improve efficiency in providing value to candidates.

Experience & Qualifications Required :

At least 2 years of phone sales or recruitment experience

Experience working in or with the UK education sector is helpful but not essential
